Ratings and Reviews
1. I want to schedule payments for Nayatel but can’t do this since it is listed as Internet company and not Landline. It would be nice to combine the two categories and list them under Bill Payments. Looking at all the common bills like electricity, gas, water and internet on the same screen will be more user friendly.
2. Each time you open the app, you are greeted with a Bank Loan Promotion and once you dismiss it, you are presented with another Thank You screen, thus requiring two screens to dismiss. After sometime it starts to play on your nerves. If you have to do promotion, just do it like once every six months or a year ideally. This is just nonsense to do it every time you open the app.
It takes time to write these reviews and the hope is that you will incorporate the user feedback thus improving the overall app experience. Thanks

Errors and Misleading
Right after the login, it asks if you want to have a personal loan with very small font which users usually dont go through and Tap Yes without any intention. The bank processes loan and gets into your account with interest due next month. This is misleading which is against ethics.
The app crashes usually at the time of paying utility bills which also needs to be fixed.

2 on greeting screen click Avail
3 on next steps either click View Later or Decline on terms and conditions screen. Hope this clarifies your concern.
Easy to use and helpful
I think HBL makes my life very easy to manage all the payments no matter where I’m traveling and I dont have to call customer services each time and explain my situation.
I would recommend to start 24/7 chat and work to improve resolution deputed transaction and other duplicate transactions faster. I still had 3 duplicates transaction which i don’t remember right mow, but its not resolved yet which wasted 10,000 rs.
But overall its really helpful for me and hope they will Improve more.
